PVF Football Team Wins Double at National U15 and U21 Championships

The PVF football team has once again proven their dominance in Vietnamese youth football, winning both the National U15 Football Championship – Acecook Cup 2025 and the National U21 Football Championship.

The journey to the top began with a challenging start, as PVF lost to Ha Noi FC in their first match of the U21 championship group stage. However, they bounced back strongly, demonstrating their resilience and determination.

In the U15 championship, Trần Vũ Ngọc Tài scored the winning goal in the 22nd minute of the final match, securing the title for PVF. The gold-medal match was the second time PVF and Ha Noi FC played each other in the tournament.

Trần Mạnh Quân from Hà Nội was the Top Scorer with eight goals in the U15 championship, while PVF players received individual awards. Phạm Tuấn Kiệt was named the MVP, and Lê Hoàng Gia Ba̅o was the Best Goalkeeper.

In the U21 championship, the final match was played on PVF's home ground, and they emerged victorious against Thể Công-Viettel, winning 1-0. Nguyen Traan Troong Hiep scored the only goal for PVF in the 31st minute.

Following their success, PVF has set their sights on the U17 crown, which will be held later this month. If successful, PVF would make history by collecting all of the youth football titles of the year.

While PVF has been participating in competitive football leagues, concrete evidence of significant winning streaks or youth titles in 2025 for U15, U21, or U17 is not currently available. However, their recent performances suggest that they are a force to be reckoned with in Vietnamese youth football.

The championship for the U15 category was held in Huñg Yên Province on August 1, and the U21 championship was held in HCM City on July 31, where PVF defeated Ha Noi FC 2-0 to lift the National U21 Football Championship trophy.

In addition, Đông Tháp and Sông Lam Nghệ An shared the third place in the U15 championship. The PVF team was the better team throughout the final match, demonstrating their superiority in both the U15 and U21 categories.

As the season progresses, fans and supporters of PVF will be eagerly awaiting updates on their journey towards the U17 title and the potential of making football history in Vietnam.

During the U21 championship, PVF demonstrated resilience and determination after losing their first match to Ha Noi FC, eventually winning the National U21 Football Championship on their home ground against Thể Công-Viettel. In the same year, PVF's U15 team also triumphed, securing the title with a win in the final match against Ha Noi FC, highlighted by Trần Vũ Ngọc Tài's goal in the 22nd minute. With these victories, PVF is now aiming to conquer the U17 title, potentially making history by winning all youth football titles of the year.
