The young gun Kranti Goud is all set to make her international debut, as the injury-stricken Kashvee Gautam bids adieu to the ongoing women's tri-series. The 22-year-old Gautam, who had a humble start in the series with wicketless performances and just 22 runs to her name, has unfortunately found herself on the sidelines due to injury.
Known for her right-arm pace bowling and occasional batting, Gautam had shown her mettle in this year's Women's Premier League (WPL) when she played for the Gujarat Giants. Her WPL statistics include 11 wickets, an average of 18.18, an economy rate of 6.45, and a strike rate of 16.9.

Goud's journey to the international stage started with her consistent performances in the Senior Women's ODI Trophy, where her 15 wickets, including a four-for in the final against Bengal, helped Madhya Pradesh claim their first title.
