YMCA Fall Soccer Season Commences on September 3rd
The Sheridan County YMCA is gearing up for its fall soccer program, welcoming children from kindergarten to 8th grade to participate. Registration for this exciting opportunity is now open and will close on August 22, 2025.
The season is set to kick off on September 3, 2025, and run through early October, providing a fun and engaging experience for young soccer enthusiasts. Practice and game days will be held twice weekly on Mondays and Wednesdays.
Younger players, including kindergarten and 1st-graders, will practice and play games at the YMCA facility, ensuring a comfortable and familiar environment. Meanwhile, teams from 2nd to 8th grade will head to Blacktooth Park for their activities.
Practice times for all teams will be scheduled between 4 p.m. and 7 p.m., while games for kindergarten and 1st-graders are scheduled for 4:30, 5:20, and 6:10 p.m. Games for grades 2-8 will take place at 5 and 6 p.m.
The YMCA's fall soccer program is open to the public and there is no cap on the number of participants. However, it's important to note that no new information about changes in the program this year has been provided.
Unfortunately, the Sheridan County YMCA is currently closed for its annual deep clean and maintenance, so registration details and links are not available at this time. Keep an eye on the YMCA's official website for updates.
So, whether you're a seasoned soccer player or just starting out, the Y's fall soccer program offers a great opportunity to learn, play, and make new friends. Don't miss out – register now before August 22, 2025!
