The Yankees are set to bring back the Old-Timers' Day game at Yankee Stadium for the first time since 2019, with a star-studded lineup of legends set to attend the event on Saturday.

Among those confirmed to attend are Mariano Rivera, Jorge Posada, Andy Pettitte, David Cone, Tino Martinez, and Orlando “El Duque” Hernández, all fan favorites from the 2000 World Series squad. This year's event also marks the Old Timers’ Day debuts of Roger Clemens, David Justice, Alfonso Soriano, and José Vizcaíno.

Notable participants include 1970s Yankees great Graig Nettles, who will make a return to Yankee Stadium at the event.

The Old-Timers' Day event will start with introductions and tributes at noon, with coverage beginning on the YES Network at 11:30 a.m. The Old-Timers' Day alumni game will follow the introductions and tributes.

For fans in the Bronx, it's a rare chance to see Yankees legends in pinstripes again and relive one of the franchise's most memorable championship runs. The event offers Yankee fans, especially those who lived through the team's late-90s dynasty, a chance to relive one of the most dominant stretches in baseball history, with the heroes of that era back on the field where it all happened.

Unfortunately, Derek Jeter, the former Yankees captain who won MVP honors in the 2000 Fall Classic, will not attend this year's Old-Timers' Day festivities due to a personal scheduling conflict.

The Old-Timers' Day 2023 is a celebration of the 25th anniversary of the 2000 World Series title won by the Yankees. The event will take place before the Yankees' afternoon matchup with the Houston Astros.
