Foreign Business Experts Arrive in Yakutsk

Yakutsk Welcomes Global Experts for Creative Industries Business Mission

YAKUTIA.INFO. A delegation of international experts has arrived in Yakutsk as part of a reverse foreign business mission, including Aleksandr Gostev, Deputy Director General of Belarusfilm Studio (Belarus); Onondorj Dashdondordog, President of the Mongolian Producers Guild (Mongolia); Elena Muhacir, founder of the jewelry brand Elena Muhacir Jeweller (Turkey); and Ai Jimah, head of Evenki Sun Girl Cultural Development Co. Ltd. (China).

Today, the visiting experts held working meetings with representatives from Sakhafilm, Extra Cinema, Kiergege, Sakha Taas, and the producers of the film Aikhal. They will also meet with the Arctic State Institute of Arts, Culture, and Creative Industries to discuss workforce training for the sector.

The official program of the international business mission begins tomorrow, March 13, with an opening ceremony at 10:00 AM in the Labor Quarter cluster. From March 13–15, the focus will be on B2B negotiations between entrepreneurs in the creative industries.

The highlight of the program will be the Fashion Preview, taking place on March 14 at 2:00 PM at the Student Initiative Center of the North-Eastern Federal University. Leading Yakutian brands and designers will showcase their collections to an international buyer audience.
