Yakutsk Poultry Farm Boosts Egg Production to 325,000 Daily
Yakutsk Poultry Farm has significantly boosted its egg production, now churning out 325,000 eggs daily. This marks a 35% increase since December 2022. The farm aims to produce 100 million eggs annually by 2024, a remarkable target given it has already doubled its output in the last five years.
The farm's growth has contributed to a rise in the republic's total egg production, which has climbed from 133 million to 165 million pieces annually. This increased supply has led to a surge in egg availability for residents, jumping from 54% to 64% between 2018 and 2023.
Yakutsk Poultry Farm's own retail network ensures direct delivery to various institutions. It supplies schools and kindergartens, as well as wholesale networks, ensuring a steady flow of eggs to different sectors.
With a daily production of 325,000 eggs, Yakutsk Poultry Farm is well on its way to achieving its 2024 goal of 100 million eggs annually. This increased output has not only boosted the republic's egg supply but also improved access for residents, with availability rising to 64%.
