Yakutia's Leader Launches 'Heroes of Russia' Program for Military Veterans

Yakutia's leader, Aisen Nikolaev, has announced the continuation of a personnel program for participants and veterans of the special military operation 'Yakutia - Land of Heroes'. The program, 'Heroes of Russia', aims to prepare these individuals for future roles in managing the country and the region.

Many participants lack experience in state or municipal management. However, the program involves them presenting projects, with the first presentations having taken place in the Hangalassky district. The federal program 'Heroes of the Russian Federation' includes individuals honored with this prestigious title, such as Dmitry Kuzentsov and Nikolai Sobolev. According to Nikolaev, these persons will be offered future positions, likely in public or governmental roles, to recognize their contributions and continue their service.

The program, which involved wards interning with the republic's government during the summer and autumn, is set to continue. It aims to provide these individuals with the necessary skills and experience for future roles in managing Yakutia and Russia.
