Get ready for an exciting journey as the popular television show "Celebrity Race Across the World" is set to return on BBC1 this autumn. The new series will consist of six weekly episodes and feature four celebrity duos.

The journey begins on the Caribbean island of Isla Mujeres, Mexico, and takes the celebrities through Central America's Pacific coast, ending in the remote Península de La Guajira, Colombia. The distance covered in this global adventure is a vast 5,900km.

One of the unique aspects of the show is that the celebrities will not have access to bank cards or smartphones during the race, making local transport and limited budgets the main challenges they will face.

Broadcaster and writer Anita Rani and her father, Bal, are one of the duos participating in the second season of Celebrity Race Across the World. They will be joined by broadcaster Roman Kemp and his sister, singer-songwriter Harleymoon, presenter and DJ Tyler West and actor and singer Molly Rainford, and actor Dylan Llewellyn and his mother, Jackie.

The lineup of the new series is eagerly anticipated, with many fans looking forward to the loving bickering between Radio DJ Kelly Brook and her husband Jeremy, who participated in the previous series. The new series is expected to be just as entertaining, as the celebrities navigate their way through various challenges and cultures.

Produced by BBC Studios, the show promises to be a thrilling adventure that showcases the resilience and camaraderie of the celebrity duos as they race against time and each other. However, no trailer for the new series has been released yet, so viewers will have to wait and see what adventures await the celebrities.

So, mark your calendars and get ready for an unforgettable journey as Celebrity Race Across the World returns to BBC1 this autumn.
