Women set to compete in Red Bull Rampage 2025, mountain bike event for females
The much-anticipated Red Bull Rampage is set to return in 2025, promising an exciting two-day big-mountain freeride mountain bike event. For the first time ever, the competition will feature women athletes, showcasing a strong international field of top female freeride mountain bikers.
Pre-qualified athletes for the Red Bull Rampage 2025 include Robin Goomes from New Zealand, Georgia Astle and Casey Brown from Canada, Vaea Verbeeck also from Canada, and the dynamic duo of Hannah Bergemann and Vinny Armstrong from the United States and New Zealand respectively.
In addition to the pre-qualified athletes, wild card selections have been made. Camila Nogueira from Argentina, Chelsea Kimball and CJ Selig from the USA, Hannah Bergemann (again, a standout among the world's elite freeriders), Harriet Burbidge-Smith from Australia, Janelle Soukup and Kirsten Van Horne from the USA and Canada, are all set to compete.
The competition is not yet over, as alternates Dominique Ohaco from Chile, Gemma Corbera from Spain, Lucy Van Eestreen from Canada, Kaia Jensen and Sam Soriano from the USA, are ready to step in if needed.
The women's finals of the Red Bull Rampage 2025 will take place on October 16, 2025, in Virgin, Utah. The event, organized by Red Bull, will also include men's categories, ensuring a thrilling and diverse competition.
