Wolfsburg's City Gallery is seeing a retail revival. After a period of vacancies, the former Home Depot branch has found a new tenant in 'Only', which plans a significant expansion. Meanwhile, the former Esprit space remains available.

The City Gallery's retail landscape is changing. 'Only', the popular fashion company, has taken over the former Home Depot branch and plans to expand its presence. The new store will be substantially larger than its predecessor, indicating a vote of confidence in the city's retail scene.

The former Esprit branch, spanning approximately 800 square meters, remains vacant. Despite this, the City Gallery still has space for further retail growth, with the former Esprit location being one of the larger vacant spaces available.

With 'Only' expanding into the former Home Depot branch and plans for further growth, the City Gallery's retail scene is showing signs of recovery. However, the large former Esprit space remains vacant, presenting an opportunity for another retailer to establish a presence in the city center.
