WNBA Season Predictions and Over/Under Bets: Dream, Sky, Sun, Wings, Valkyries, Fever - Win Expectations and Betting Odds Breakdown

The WNBA preseason has kicked off, and the odds are out for the regular season win totals! I've completed my preseason analysis with T Shoe Index, including projecting win totals and sharing useful insights for each team. Here's a sneak peek into my top picks and breakdowns. Remember, check VSIN.com tomorrow for the remaining teams' analysis! 🏀 🏀

Atlanta Dream: Win Total O/U 20.5

Having Atlanta's home turf at my fingertips, I can sense the Dream is poised for a rebound this season. Key signings include Brittney Griner, Brionna Jones, and Shatori Walker-Kimbrough, bolstering the frontcourt, along with draft pick Te-Hina Paopao. Expect over 20 wins. T Shoe Index projects around 24 victories with a 72.6% chance to surpass 21 wins. Bet: Over 20.5 Wins. 🌟

Chicago Sky: Win Total O/U 18.5

Chicago is doubling down on their youth with the acquisitions of Angel Reese, Kamilla Cardoso, Ariel Atkins, and Courtney Vandersloot. The deals signify their commitment to winning now while nurturing future stars. TSI paints a rosy picture with an 89.8% chance of winning 19 games. Bet: Over 18.5 Wins. ⚡️

Connecticut Sun: Win Total O/U 10.5

The Sun are in rebuilding mode after losing key players in the offseason. A new head coach and the pressure of expectations might dim their chances this season. Despite setting an initial overline of 13.5, TSI is now leaning towards the under at 10.5. Lean: Under 10.5 Wins. 🚫

Dallas Wings: Win Total O/U 19.5

Dallas could mirror this season's Indiana Fever with emerging star Paige Bueckers and Arike Ogunbowale in the lineup. However, TSI doesn't anticipate a significant turnaround for the Wings as a rookie seems too much to expect. The projected win total is 15.5, hinting at an under bet. Bet: Under 19.5 Wins. 🎯

Golden State Valkyries: Win Total O/U 8.5

The expansion team Valkyries are hard to gauge with their roster largely unproven. Kate Martin and Tiffany Hayes will lead the charge alongside several expansion draftees. Despite TSI predicting 14.5 wins, consider waiting for more clarity before making bets on the Valkyries. 🚀

Indiana Fever: Win Total O/U 31.5

Last season's surprise package, the Indiana Fever, have added DeWanna Bonner, Natasha Howard, and Sophie Cunningham to their roster. With high expectations, a playoff spot is on the line. However, TSI expects slightly fewer wins (25.8) compared to the current market. Bet: Under 31.5 Wins. 🔥
