Saucy WNBA Predictions 🏀

My WNBA run's been fiery hot lately, extending a 9-3 streak over the past 12 plays! I ain't blowing my own horn, but gotta give a shoutout to TSI for bringing me back from the dead. Still, it ain't a bragging rights party just yet, seein' as I dropped like a rock at the beginning of the season.

But enough chit-chat, tonight's got three games, and lemme tell ya, it's a three-ring circus! TSI's been digging around for data, and there's been some conflicting info, so my picks might not be as voluminous as usual.

Here are tonight's scorching hot projections:

🌟 Las Vegas Aces (-10.5) vs. Los Angeles Sparks, O/U 167First up, we took a flier on the Sparks earlier in the week against the Valkyries, but I'm hopping back on Kelsey Plum and her crew because the Aces have caught more flak from the market than a fisherman's net this young season. They're just 4-3 and 3-4 against the spread. Despite Vegas initially moving its way, the market's back to the opening 10.5. The total's also ticked up to 167.5 from 166.5. TSI's callin' the Aces at -5.5, with a total of 166. I think the Sparks' pitiful 15% three-point shooting in their loss to the Valkyries was just a fluke, so they're a good bet to bounce back in this one.

WNBA Pick: Los Angeles Sparks +10.5 (Play to +9)

🌟 Seattle Storm vs. Minnesota Lynx (-4.5), O/U 156.5Next, we got the perfect 9-0 Lynx facing off against the Storm with both all-stars Kayla McBride and Napheesa Collier back in action after injuries. Seattle's sidled up at 5-4, but they've won two straight games, and they're 2-1 against the spread as an underdog this season. No line movement in this game, but the O/U dropped from 158 to 156.5. TSI thinks the Lynx should be -4.5 with a total of 157.5, but there ain't much room to get in here with current numbers.

WNBA Pick: Pass at current numbers

🌟 Phoenix Mercury (-7.5) vs. Dallas Wings, O/U 167.5Last but not least, we got the injury returnees Alyssa Thomas of the Mercury and rookie sensation Paige Bueckers from the Wings joining the action after a hiatus. The market's gone crazy for Phoenix, pushing the Mercury from -4.5 to -7.5 after the injury news, and the total from 165.5 to 167.5. TSI's slightly more conservatively eyeing Phoenix at -4.5 and a total of 168.5. I'm sketched out by discrepancies in the projection models, so I ain't gonna touch the points with Dallas at 7.5. I'm thinking Wings +11 or Mercury -3 feel more solid when the clock's winding down in this one.

WNBA Pick: Pass at current numbers

In the midst of intense WNBA predictions, TSI sees college football and basketball upcoming as well. The sports odds for college football games might be an interesting read, given the unpredictable nature of the young season. Additionally, basketball enthusiasts might want to keep an eye on the odds for WNBA matchups in the near future, as they could offer some intriguing betting opportunities, just like the current WNBA game between Phoenix Mercury and Dallas Wings.
