Windsor’s First Cone Tree Lighting Ceremony Glows This Holiday Season

The ceremony begins at 4:30 p.m. at 922 N. 15th St., organised by the Town of Windsor Public Works Department. Alongside the lighting, families will have the chance to meet the town’s snowplow operators and see winter-weather equipment up close.

The Cone Tree Lighting Ceremony offers a festive way for the community to engage with local services. Hot drinks, a glowing cone tree, and winter safety demonstrations will mark the evening. The event remains free and open to all residents.
