The image shows a man in a suit and tie standing on a stage with a microphone in his hand, surrounded by a group of people playing musical instruments. There are people sitting on chairs in the background, and a screen on the left side of the stage. At the top of the image, there are lights illuminating the scene, suggesting that the man is part of a jazz band.

Wiesbaden's thalhaus Theater Hosts a Night of Spontaneous Jazz on April 1

An evening of spontaneous jazz is coming to Wiesbaden next month. The thalhaus Theater will host its monthly Jazz Session on Wednesday, April 1, 2026, starting at 8:00 PM. Led by saxophonist Paolo Fornara, the event invites both musicians and listeners to take part in an open, improvisational experience. The Jazz Session is a free, unstructured concert where anything can happen. Held on the first Wednesday of every month, it encourages musicians to listen, respond, and shape the music together in real time. No fixed line-up exists—anyone can grab an instrument and join in.

Located at Nerotal 18, the thalhaus Theater provides a relaxed setting for this creative exchange. While no official guest artists are announced, the event thrives on spontaneous collaboration. Donations are welcome, but admission remains free for all attendees.

The April session offers another chance for jazz lovers to connect through live, improvisational music. With no set programme, each performance unfolds uniquely. Paolo Fornara and the thalhaus Theater continue to foster a space where both seasoned players and newcomers can contribute.
