Title: Aldi Heiress's Generosity and Charity Work in the Bavarian State Parliament

Greetings to the esteemed gathering in the state parliament!

Babette Albrecht (Aldi Nord), Marianne Wille (Dallmayr), Petra Reinbold (Schützenfestzelt), and Claudia Gugger-Bessinger graced the state parliament with their presence. They brought along a substantial donation of 18,900 euros, earmarked for the Passau food bank and women's shelter.

Gugger-Bessinger, serving as the driving force behind this fundraising initiative, had garnered these donations during events organized by her influential "Passauer Runde" group. This group includes Albrecht, Wille, and Reinbold, who are united in their mission to support those in need.

Owing to her health concern, Ilse Aigner, the State Parliament President, could not personally receive the group, accompanied by Charlotte Knobloch, in the parliament's reading room. Instead, she was represented by her deputy, Tobias Reiß.

Gugger-Bessinger addressed the gathering with heartfelt gratitude. "It warms my soul to assist wherever help is critically required. I am deeply moved by the generosity extended by my dear friends and commercial entities," she expressed.

Her private initiative, "Passauer Runde," has sociably powered women, enabling them to raise close to half a million euros for charitable pursuits over the years.

Such compassionate nature isn't confined to Gugger-Bessinger. Marianne Wille actively supports coffee farmers in Ethiopia and constructs schools in the region. Petra Reinbold provides aid to Reinhard Erös, a development aid worker and former German armed forces colonel, who is improving education and providing medical facilities in Afghanistan.

And Babette Albrecht, the widow of Berthold Albrecht (d. 2012, son of Aldi Nord founder Theo Albrecht), channels her generosity towards children's, elderly care homes, and animal welfare projects.

Despite her role as a member of the Bavarian state parliament, Ilse Aigner consistently prioritized helping those in need, as exemplified by her role as the "Passauer Runde" fundraising campaign's patron.
