According to Ryabkov, it's infeasible for such weapons to be wielded without the active involvement of military experts from the producing nations, as he elaborated in an interview with TASS.

In response to German Chancellor Olaf Scholz's assertions at a joint press conference with Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky, stating Germany's readiness to supply Ukraine with long-range weapons and commence their joint production, Ryabkov remarked.

Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov has accused Germany of having a hand in the Ukrainian conflict, a viewpoint echoed by State Duma Chairman Vyacheslav Volodin.
