Brohl also highlighted Stoermer's leadership and deployment experience, as well as his keen sense for communication, organization, and tone.
Stoermer's role includes being the point of contact for media, public, and network partners of the police, both internally and externally. He will also be the face of the police authority in the public eye, ensuring transparency and clear communication.
Stoermer's guiding principles as a press spokesperson include staying authentic, being composed, explaining clearly, and allowing the matter to convey its importance. He is married and a father of two, and is deeply rooted in the Lower Rhine district of Wesel, both privately and professionally.

Stoermer takes over his new role at a time when the police are under increased scrutiny and pressure to maintain transparency and open communication with the public. He is confident that his experience and approach will help bridge the gap between the police and the community, ensuring safety and trust for all.
