The much-anticipated prequel series to the 1979 classic film "Alien" premiered on August 12, 2025. Set in the year 2120, this thrilling sci-fi horror series follows the story of a young woman named Wendy, played by Sydney Chandler. The series explores themes of cybernetics, artificial intelligence, and synthetic beings with human consciousness, referred to as cyborgs, synths, and hybrids.
The premise revolves around the crash-landing of the space vessel Maginot on Earth, which spills something deadly into Prodigy City.
