WeaponTube Creators Launch Min-Maxed, a Bold New Minecraft Adventure
A group of prominent content creators from the WeaponTube scene has launched an ambitious Minecraft project called Min-Maxed. The team, already boasting over 313,000 YouTube subscribers, plans to bring their real-world expertise into the game with characters inspired by their own skills. Fans have eagerly backed the idea, pushing a crowdfunding campaign well beyond its original goal.
The Min-Maxed group includes creators like Sellsword Arts, Jacques the Whipper, Blumineck, and Instructor Bensei, each known for their work in historical weapons, martial arts, and tabletop RPGs. Tater the Bard will serve as Dungeon Master, guiding the campaign with a mix of humour and deep Minecraft knowledge. Their characters will reflect exaggerated versions of themselves, blending real-world skills with fantasy storytelling.
To fund in-person recording sessions, the team launched a GoFundMe campaign in late 2025. The initial target of $20,000 was quickly surpassed, with supporters donating a total of $100,116. The first live session is set for January 2026 at David Miller’s (Sellsword Arts) studio, with the debut episode arriving on YouTube in March 2026. The project has already drawn strong interest from the community. Comments on the fundraising page show widespread excitement, with many praising the unique approach to Minecraft actual-play content.
With funding secured and a release date in place, Min-Maxed is on track to deliver a fresh take on Minecraft storytelling. The campaign’s success reflects the audience’s enthusiasm for seeing real-world expertise translated into a fantasy setting. The first episode will premiere on YouTube in March 2026.
