We Are All Human Gala Honors Latino Achievers, Raises Funds
The We Are All Human Foundation held its fifth annual gala at Cipriani Wall Street. The event, co-chaired by Nina Garcia, Matt Scheckner, Raúl Rocha, and Marissa Solis, celebrated Latino entrepreneurs, entertainers, and influencers. It featured performances by Cirque du Soleil and speeches by Claudia Romo Edelman, the foundation's founder, and Andrea Montua, the founder and CEO of the CMO Hall of Fame award.
The evening honoured several notable individuals. Gabriel de Alba, Rita Ferro, Bret Stephens, and Dr. Ellen Ochoa received special recognition. Additionally, five female executives were inducted into the CMO Hall of Fame, an award established by Andrea Montua. Claudia Romo Edelman delivered a speech about the emerging Latino identity and the foundation's work.
The foundation, which has published 16 bilingual children's books and held a Hispanic Leadership Summit, aims to promote equity, unity, and collective progress. The gala raised funds for these initiatives.
