Wanda Nara disclosed that she had a phone call with Mauro Icardi and covertly documented their conversation
In a recent court ruling, the appeal filed by Mauro Icardi's defense regarding a debt settlement has been rejected. The court approved the amount requested by Wanda Nara, totalling $122,443.08, in relation to unpaid child support.
The court document also states that if Icardi returns to Argentina, he will not be allowed to leave the country until he settles his child support debt. This ruling comes after Wanda Nara's demand for payment from Icardi, which also includes the payment from his current partner, actress China Suarez, for the two minors they share.
Wanda Nara, currently in Los Angeles for work, has been documenting her life and sharing it on social media. The ongoing conflict between Icardi and Nara has intensified due to Icardi's attempt to have the children live with him and China Suarez.
In a strong message against Icardi, Wanda Nara reminded him that she recorded their phone conversation three days ago. She also made another claim to the court, questioning how Icardi can leave the country without paying social security or alimony for ten months.
In addition, the court ordered the seizure of the famous "dream house" in Nordelta for a sum of $110,000, as compensation for child support, at Wanda's request. This amount includes an additional $3,500 to cover interest and execution costs.
Two days prior, the eldest of the Nara sisters published a message regarding this matter on Argentina's Children's Day. Wanda Nara's current partner, China Suarez, has not publicly commented on the matter.
The court ruling brings a resolution to the ongoing dispute between Icardi and Nara, with Wanda Nara securing the child support payments she is owed. The case serves as a reminder of the importance of child support and the legal consequences for non-payment.
