VTV3 celebrates 30 years of youth-driven entertainment and cultural innovation
Vietnam Television (VTV) will mark the 30th anniversary of its culture and entertainment channel, VTV3, on March 31. Launched to cater to younger viewers, the channel has played a key role in reshaping entertainment with innovative and youth-focused programming over the past three decades. VTV3 was originally created to meet the varied tastes of a younger audience. Since its founding, it has worked to deepen its content while promoting core Vietnamese cultural values. The channel also highlights the achievements of individuals and families across the country.
Over the years, VTV3 has strengthened its professionalism, creativity, and commitment to diverse programming. Deputy General Director Đỗ Thanh Hải recently noted the rising expectations of viewers and the need for ongoing innovation. The channel continues to adapt its approach to stay relevant in a rapidly changing media landscape.
To expand its reach, VTV3 is boosting international partnerships. A notable collaboration involves Tokyo Broadcasting System Television to revive the popular show Không Giới Hạn – Sasuke Việt Nam. Additionally, the channel is developing a digital library project to improve access to literature for Vietnamese children. The anniversary reflects VTV3's long-standing influence on entertainment and culture.
