VTB Unveils Magadan's First Next-Gen Branch with Digital Perks
VTB has launched its first next-generation branch in Magadan, designed to prioritize customer comfort, digital services, and an expanded range of offerings—including personalized banking. The newly upgraded office at 33/15 Karl Marx Prospect features a modern, client-focused approach.
Gone are the traditional partitions: interactions between customers and staff now take place in an open, welcoming environment. Bank specialists handle all transactions via laptops, while clients can relax in soft-seating areas. The branch serves retail customers, including high-net-worth individuals. In addition to the Privilegiya premium program, Magadan residents now have access to VTB's personalized banking service for the first time, broadening opportunities for affluent clients in the region.
Visitors can choose their preferred service format—consulting a specialist or using the 24/7 self-service zone. Equipped with four advanced ATMs offering mini-branch functionality, the zone allows customers to perform a wide range of transactions without waiting.
For private discussions, the branch includes seven meeting rooms. The interior combines a soothing color palette with vibrant accents, while thoughtful lighting creates a cozy atmosphere.
"Today, we've opened VTB's first next-generation branch in Magadan, showcasing cutting-edge banking solutions. Residents can now access the full spectrum of our products and services—from the Pushkin Card to comprehensive investment solutions and premium services," said Eleonora Syrchenko, VTB's regional head for the Magadan area.
The branch operates Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM and on Saturdays from 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM. In a nod to modern customer needs, even small pets are welcome—making the space more inclusive and convenient.
