Osterfeld Town Hall will have modified hours on Friday, September 12, 2025, from 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM.

Please note that the immediate voting location in Sterkrade will close on Saturday, September 5, 2025, while the location in Osterfeld will have modified hours on Friday, August 15, 2025, from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM. Additionally, all voting locations will be open for extended hours on Friday, August 14, 2025, until 6:00 PM.

Mail-In Voting

Mail-in voting is an option for voters in Oberhausen. To apply for mail-in voting, you can use the printed application on the back of your voting notification or the QR code provided. Completed and personally signed mail-in voting applications should be sent back to the Elections Office.

The mailing address for the Elections Office is Schwartzstr. 73, 46045 Oberhausen (former Zinkweiß building). You can also contact the Elections Office by mail, drop-box, fax (0208 825 33 77), or email ([email protected]).

Mail-in voting envelopes should be sent in time to arrive at the Elections Office no later than 16.00 hrs on election day.
