Volt Carbon Tech Raises Up to C$300K via Non-Brokered Private Placement
Volt Carbon Technologies Inc. (TSXV: VCT, OTC:TORVF) has announced plans to raise up to C$300,000 through a non-brokered private placement. The company, led by CEO V-Bond Lee, is offering up to 20,000,000 units at C$0.015 per unit, a 25% discount to its market price.
The offering, which is subject to customary conditions and regulatory approvals, is expected to close within approximately 30 business days.
