The received news ain't sweet for Torpedo Mias as they're ousted from the "Gold" group after a 2:0 loss to Volgar Astrakhan. With a chance to drag their opponents down to the "Silver" division, they came up short.

The tides turned in the second half, with Astrakhan netting a pair of goals in three minutes. Denis Mirnov deflected a shot from Oleg Dmitriyev, and Ivan Galanin scored a stunning overhead kick past goalkeeper Roman Kovalov. 2:0 in favor of Astrakhan at the 57th minute.
Because of their lackluster performance, Mias struggled to mount a meaningful comeback and instead appeared vulnerable to conceding another goal. The most significant opportunity came when Alexander Golubtsov was in position for a shot, but his attempt sailed high over the crossbar.
