Vladimir Yakushev announces United Russia's plan to assess the EDG-2025 event
In a recent development, United Russia, the ruling political party in Russia, has concluded its elections held under the Single Voting Day-2025 framework across 81 regions. According to Vladimir Yakushev, Secretary of the General Council of United Russia, the party has achieved a confident result in these elections.
The elections involved more than 49,000 precinct election commissions and over 1,600 territorial election commissions, working tirelessly to ensure a fair and transparent process. United Russia prepared 60,000 observers for the elections to monitor the proceedings.
The elections saw a significant victory for United Russia, with 837 participants in the special military operation and 85 'Young Guard' activists winning from the party. The party also increased its support in administrative centers, surpassing the 50% support threshold and winning 75.7% of the seats.

The Single Voting Day in 2025 included direct elections for the heads of 20 regions, deputies of 11 legislative assemblies, 25 city councils, and local self-government bodies. United Russia opened federal and regional situation centers for election monitoring to ensure legitimacy and transparency.
However, there is no information available about the candidate of United Russia who won in one of the 20 directly elected regions in the 2025 regional elections. Similarly, no specific details about the 'Young Guard' were provided in the text.
Vladimir Yakushev mentioned that the party evaluated its infrastructure, identified areas for improvement, and responded to new challenges.
