Video reveals route to New Vegas in debut trailer for 'Fallout' Season 2
Fallout Season 2: The Desert City of New Vegas Awaits
Get ready, Fallout fans! The highly-anticipated sophomore season of the Amazon Prime Video series is set to return on December 17, 2025, taking us to a new location within the Fallout universe – the desert city of New Vegas.
The storyline of this season will delve deeper into the quest of Lucy (played by Ella Purnell), as she teams up with the enigmatic Ghoul (Walton Goggins), Maximus, Norm, and Robert House. Lucy's mission remains the same – to find her father, Hank (Kyle McLachlan), while uncovering secrets about Vault-Tec and the Vaults.
In their journey towards New Vegas and the Mojave Wasteland, Lucy and the Ghoul will encounter Barb (Frances Turner), the Ghoul's ex-wife from his past life as Cooper Howard. Barb, a key mastermind behind Vault-Tec's plan for the war in the series, is expected to play a significant role.
Maximus, portrayed by Aaron Moten, will continue his journey as a Brotherhood of Steel squire. He will grapple with the scale of the impending war and the potential use of the cold fusion device under his faction's control, highlighting internal ideological struggles.
New Vegas, described as a dangerous but still largely standing in the ashes of its pre-war glitz and glamour, will be ruled by the powerful and enigmatic Robert House (Justin Theroux). Robert's background is tied to Vault-Tec and RobCo, and he is expected to feature prominently in the season.
Moisés Arias will reprise his role as Norm, Lucy's brother, who managed to uncover the secret of the Vaults at the climax of last season.
The season will also introduce factions such as Caesar’s Legion, the NCR (New California Republic), and the Brotherhood of Steel, as they clash over power, reflecting tensions familiar to fans of the video game series.
