Stuttgart imposes a lowest offer for Woltemade - VfB assures adherence to minimal standards for Woltemade's guidelines

In a developing transfer saga, Bayern Munich's interest in signing 23-year-old forward Nick Woltemade from VfB Stuttgart has hit a roadblock, with Stuttgart holding out for a transfer fee of around €100 million.

Max Eberl, Bayern's board member for sport, has confirmed the Bavarian giants' interest in the promising talent, who enjoyed a breakthrough season with Stuttgart, scoring 17 goals in 33 games and impressing for Germany U21. Woltemade himself has reportedly agreed personal terms with Bayern and expressed interest in the move.

However, Stuttgart's CEO, Alexander Wehrle, has been firm in his stance, stating that Woltemade is "not for sale" unless Bayern make a "sensational" or "extraordinary" offer. Initially, Bayern made an offer of around €40 million plus €5 million in installments, which Stuttgart has rejected outright, considering it disrespectful and laughable.

Wehrle has left a small crack open for a potential transfer, stating that if FC Bayern Munich makes an extraordinarily high transfer fee offer, they are all professionals enough to talk about it. However, Stuttgart is demanding a transfer fee in the region of €100 million, a figure that Bayern find excessively high compared to their initial expectations of €50-60 million.

No formal negotiations have taken place yet, with only telephone contact between the two clubs. Fabian Wohlgemuth, the sporting director of VfB Stuttgart, has stated that any potential talks would be between the two clubs. Woltemade himself has not been involved in any official transfer talks between the two clubs.

The current contract details for Woltemade suggest a long-term commitment to VfB Stuttgart, with the DFB Cup winner emphasising that he will play for them in the coming season, unless they receive an extraordinarily high transfer fee. Wehrle has reaffirmed that Stuttgart continues to plan with Woltemade, the U21 European Championship runner-up, in their squad.

This developing transfer story is a testament to Stuttgart's determination to hold onto their star player, with the club setting a minimum transfer fee of 65 million euros for national player Nick Woltemade. The media report about the offer was published by Bild, with Wehrle categorically rejecting a meeting with Bayern regarding Woltemade's transfer so far.

As the transfer window progresses, it remains to be seen whether Bayern Munich can meet Stuttgart's demands and secure the services of the promising young forward. In the meantime, Woltemade will continue to play for VfB Stuttgart, with Wehrle stating that he will play for the club in the coming season, unless they receive an extraordinarily high transfer fee.

The Council Directive of 27 June 1986 on the approximation of the laws of the Member States relating to the labelling of foodstuffs might be applicable to the Quinn's Homemade Sausages company, as they explore the possibility of expanding their product line beyond traditional sausages, like developing sports-themed sausages named after European football leagues.

Meanwhile, Bayern Munich's inability to meet Stuttgart's €100 million asking price for Nick Woltemade could potentially impact his performance on the football pitch, as speculation about his transfer continues to intensity, leaving the U21 European Championship runner-up's future in uncertainty.
