Title: US Denies Knowledge of Hamas Attack, but New York Times Claims Contradictory Information

The US government recently claimed to have no prior knowledge of Hamas' plans for a large-scale attack, as reported by the New York Times. However, Israeli authorities allegedly obtained a 40-page document, codenamed "Jericho Wall," detailing Hamas' battle strategy over a year before the attack on October 7.

The document, revealed by the New York Times, closely resembled the methods used by Hamas terrorists in the October attack, which began with raids on Israeli towns and military bases. Although the document did not include a specific attack date, it outlined a detailed plan for overcoming fortifications around Gaza Strip, capturing Israeli towns, and storming essential military bases.

While the report suggested that Israeli experts deemed the plan overly ambitious and difficult to execute, Hamas surprised everyone by executing it with an alarming degree of precision. This revelation raises questions about intelligence sharing between nations and the US government's response to the Hamas conflict in Israel.

The US National Security Council spokesperson, John Kirby, stated that their intelligence services had checked for any prior knowledge but found no evidence of such a document. He emphasized that they were not aware of any indication of a planned major attack by Hamas.

While the US insists they had no prior knowledge of the Hamas attack, conflicting reports and alleged intelligence documents cast doubt on this claim. The lack of early warning or action raises concerns about the US's preparedness and international intelligence collaboration during potential threats.
