Upper Swabia's Regional League B IV experiences modifications during the summer break, 2025/26 season

During the summer recess of Football District League B IV Swabia, multiple clubs have undergone significant changes. Swabia.de offers a comprehensive rundown on which teams have shifted their positions.

Upper Swabia's Regional League B IV experiences modifications during the summer break, 2025/26 season

Changing Coaches and Ambitious Goals in the Kreisliga A II

The upcoming season in the Kreisliga A II in Germany promises an exciting mix of continuity and change, as several teams announce new coaches and set ambitious goals for the new campaign.

SV Baustetten II, who were relegated from the Bezirksliga last season, have appointed Martin Schick as their new coach, with Maximilian Schoch serving as an additional coach. Their immediate goal is to return to the Bezirksliga, as they aim to finish in the upper half of the table[1].

Meanwhile, SV Erolzheim, who finished last season in a respectable 8th position, have set their sights on promotion. They have a new coach in Andrej Walter, who has retained the squad from last season[2].

SGM Sießen/Wain, who aim to finish in the top 5, have appointed Andreas Schmid and Tobias Dolpp as their coaches. Notably, Tobias Dolpp is new to the team, having replaced Nicolai Ertle[3].

FC Inter Laupheim, who finished last season in 2nd place, have one departure, with Ismet Mutlu retiring. However, they have bolstered their squad with several new additions, including Ahmet Kayhan, Ivan Ivanic, Dominik Gilja, Aleksandar Angjelkov, Gabriel Perak (all from Türkspor Ehingen), Lauren Klasan (SF Schwendi), Boris Milos (KKS Croatia Ulm), Niko Metz (SV Mietingen A-Jugend), and Leonhard Paul (SGM Ummendorf/Fischbach II)[4]. Their season goal is to win the championship.

SGM Gutenzell/Schöneburg II, who finished last season in 6th position, have no departures and aim to secure a mid-table position. SGM Mittelbuch/Ringschnait II, who finished last season in 9th position, have retained coach Marc Müller and aim to maintain a midfield position[5].

SGM Eberhardzell/Unterschwarzach II, who finished last season in 7th position, have several retirements, including Yannik Daiber, Christoph Maier, Christof Reder, and Dennis Nitzke. They have appointed Manuel Ringeis as their new coach, replacing Stefan Ott[6].

SGM Uttenweiler II/Bussen, who finished last season in 4th position, have a new coach in Armin Pfender, with Christian Neumann and Frank Maas serving as Co-Trainers[7]. They aim to finish among the top three.

SGM Baltringen/Äpfingen II, who finished last season in 10th position, have retained coach Sandro Thiem and aim to maintain a mid-table position[8].

Newcomers SGM Rißtal (SGM Schemmerhofen II/Altheim/Ingerkingen/Schemmerberg) have coaches Sven Reich and Fin-Luca Zeumer and aim to grow as a team and finish in the upper half of the table[9].

SGM Mettenberg/Rissegg is a championship favorite for SGM Eberhardzell/Unterschwarzach II, along with FC Inter Laupheim and SGM Mettenberg/Rissegg[10]. SGM Gutenzell/Schöneburg II's championship favorite is FC Inter Laupheim[11]. SGM Uttenweiler II/Bussen's season goal is to come in among the top three, while SGM Baltringen/Äpfingen II's championship favorites are SV Erolzheim and FC Inter Laupheim[12].

Overall, the Kreisliga A II is shaping up to be a competitive and exciting league, with a number of teams aiming for promotion and championship glory. SV Fellbach II, who were relegated from the Bezirksliga after finishing 14th in the previous season, are the clear championship favorite, as they aim to bounce back immediately and return to the Bezirksliga[13].
