Upcoming Performers at 'Live @ Winrock' Autumn Lineup Announced
Winrock Park, a beloved community space that opened in 2024, is set to host a free concert series this fall. The event, titled Live @ Winrock, aims to bring community and family together, as stated by Sheila Smith, Winrock's director of leasing and marketing.
The concert series, running from September 19 to October 10, takes place on Friday nights and features an exciting lineup of local bands and small touring acts. The lineup includes Squash Blossom Boys, Ryan Painter & The Resistors, Ivon Ulibarri & Cafe Mocha, Felix y Los Gatos, Kevin Herig, Reviva, Pink Freud, and Sails Dept.
David Stroud, Winrock's event curator, mentioned that the success of past events influenced the decision to do a fall series. He also stated that the community enjoys these events near me, and the fall concert series at Winrock continues to build on that success.
The fall series also includes themed nights, such as country and salsa, to add a unique twist to the concert experience. The last night of the series will include a laser light show and an artisan market, providing a fitting finale to the event.
Sheila Smith further stated that the purpose of the event is to highlight local talent, and the concert series aims to support local vendors, artists, and musicians. The community is excited to see the park open and the concert series taking place, with many looking forward to enjoying the music and camaraderie.
The next city where Winrock is hosting the free concert series in the fall has not been specified, but one thing is certain: the concert series at Winrock is a must-attend event for music lovers and community members alike. So, mark your calendars for September 19 and join the celebration of local talent at Winrock Park!
