Fresh Autobiographical Accounts Arrive in Autumn - Upcoming memoirs to be released in the autumn season

Ready to dive back into the past, without a time-machine?

Michael J. Fox (63), the man who took us back to the future, is gearing up for another ride—this time, on paper. He's prepping a new book titled "Future Boy: Back to the Future and My Journey Through the Space-Time Continuum" to honor the 40th anniversary of the legendary flick.

In an exclusive chat with American mag "People," Fox shared that penning this memoir has been a wild, personal journey. "This book's serving as my own frickin' time machine, dawg," he beamed. Co-authored with Nelle Fortenberry, it focuses mainly on the zany, whirlwind year of 1985—the peak of Fox's career, where he juggled the roles of Marty McFly in the blockbuster and Alex P. Keaton in "Family Ties" day by day, night by night.

As madness ensued, Fox muses, "Einstein'd cuss a blue streak if he tried to sort the chaos in my life during the first months of '85. And all because time got carried away and whipped me along, leaving Einstein scratching his head on a cosmic level."

In this rollercoaster ride, the actor tackles big, life-questioning questions like, "Who the hell am I, anyways?" Including interviews with cast members of both projects, the book promises to offer an untold, thrilling piece of entertainment history.

Fox invites potential readers to jump aboard: "Everyone's welcome to hop on this time machine I've created, 'cause unlike the one in the movie, there's plenty of room here."

The Fourth Time's a Charm

Fox, diagnosed with Parkinson’s in 1991, is no stranger to the literary world. The man's a best-selling author beast with "A Funny Thing Happened on the Way to the Future," "Always Looking Up, Lucky Man," and "No Time Like the Future" under his belt.

And guess what? "Future Boy" ain't just a memoir; it's more about perspectives. Fox shares, "I'm aiming to understand the big questions that revolve around our lives, ya dig? Who am I? Where am I? Where the hell am I going? Let's just say, I think I've cracked the code on this one."

Sounds like an unforgettable spin through time! Watch out for "Future Boy: Back to the Future and My Journey Through the Space-Time Continuum," slated for release on October 14, 2025.

I'm not going to tell you what I'm gonna do, but I might just write about it in my new book, "Future Boy: Back to the Future and My Journey Through the Space-Time Continuum." This upcoming book, filled with personal experiences and big life questions, is not only a memoir but also a unique exploration of time and identity, much like the entertainment provided by books and the blockbuster "Back to the Future."
