Upcoming 2025 Yezdi Scrambler with enhanced motor and revisions sighted before official Indian debut

The much-anticipated 2025 Yezdi Scrambler is set to make a splash with a series of impressive updates. The latest iteration of the popular off-road motorcycle will boast a revamped engine, improved suspension, and styling tweaks aimed at enhancing its performance and rider experience.

At the heart of the 2025 Yezdi Scrambler lies an updated 334cc, single-cylinder, liquid-cooled Alpha 2 engine. Internal components have been fine-tuned to deliver around 29 bhp and 29.8–29.9 Nm of torque. The engine is expected to undergo further changes for a more aggressive performance and quicker acceleration, including a revised sprocket setup.

One of the key areas of focus for the 2025 Scrambler is the suspension system. The previously criticized stiff rear suspension is being addressed, with a setup offering better travel and a softer ride likely to be introduced. The front retains 41 mm telescopic forks, while the rear may see a switch to a monoshock setup, aimed at improving ride quality.

Styling updates include alloy wheels with tubeless tyres, a short stubby single-sided exhaust for weight reduction, a longer rear fender, race-style side panels, and fresh paint schemes. Optional accessories and features such as switchable traction control may also be introduced, aligning with updates in the Yezdi Roadster.

The 2025 Yezdi Scrambler will retain the 41 mm telescopic forks at the front and gas-charged twin shocks adjustable for pre-load from the current model. The motorcycle will continue to use a 19-inch front and a 17-inch rear wheel. The suspension setup modifications are not expected to affect the powertrain, as it will continue to use the updated Alpha2 engine.

Other notable changes include a new single-sided exhaust system, expected to help shave off between 15-20 kg from the current kerb weight of the Scrambler. The power for the 2025 Yezdi Scrambler will be derived from the updated Alpha2 engine, which was debuted with the new Jawa 350 and Yezdi Adventure.

The 2025 Yezdi Scrambler will address the stiff suspension setup issue that was present in the current model. It will feature a new split pillion grabrail setup instead of the current single-piece grabrail. The pillion footpeg brackets are now attached to the main frame instead of the subframe. The motorcycle also sports a new engine cover with a bronze finish.

In summary, the 2025 Yezdi Scrambler strengthens its scrambler identity by combining a more refined and punchy 334cc Alpha 2 engine with suspension improvements and styling tweaks targeted at better usability and rider experience off-road and on varied surfaces. The updates are set to make the Scrambler a formidable choice for adventure enthusiasts.

The 2025 Yezdi Scrambler, with its revised Alpha 2 engine, promises a more aggressive performance and quicker acceleration on varied surfaces, making it an ideal choice for sports enthusiasts. The suspension modifications, designed to improve ride quality, will enhance the overall scrambler experience, elevating the 2025 Yezdi Scrambler as a formidable choice for adventure sports.
