The book cover subtlety references his prison stint, displaying his former prisoner number, "A2923EV," beneath the title. In April 2022, Becker was sentenced to 30 months for insolvency crimes. During his under-eight-month stay at Wandsworth and Huntercombe prisons, he experienced the harshest realities of incarceration.
According to Ullstein, Becker uses his book to delve into his life behind bars, offering a gritty depiction of his experience in "two of England's toughest prisons." He also touches upon the lessons he learned that helped him weather the storm, focusing on resilience and survival skills. Moreover, Becker reflects on the decisions that led to his imprisonment, shares his regret, and discusses the price he paid for his fame.
