Judah Smith, a pastor from Churchome, officiated the wedding ceremony. Dufrene, an alligator tour guide, and Del Rey were seen wearing captain's hats in one of the pictures, with Dufrene's hat embroidered with the word "groom" and Del Rey's hat embroidered with "bride."
The wedding photo was shared on Instagram on July 30, 2025, almost a year after the event. Del Rey can also be seen sporting a wedding veil in one of the pictures shared on the platform.
