The scale of the donation claim would have resulted in significant media coverage, but none was found. A search on Google using relevant keywords found no media reports or credible information supporting the claim.
Furthermore, a post by Yuvraj Singh on 01 September 2025, the day the floods hit Punjab, expressed his grief over the situation and support for affected families, but made no mention of such a donation.
The viral image of Yuvraj Singh donating 600 tractors was reviewed, and a 'Gemini AI' watermark was found at the bottom-right corner, indicating it was generated using artificial intelligence. AI content detection tool Hive also indicated a 98.1% likelihood that the image was AI-generated.
It is important to verify information before sharing it, especially when it involves charitable donations. While several celebrities have indeed helped Punjab flood victims, there is no evidence that Yuvraj Singh donated 600 tractors.
