In a recent speech, Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu shared his vision for a future Iran, one free from the current water crisis and oppressive regime.

Netanyahu stated that the reality of a prosperous Iran is not a dream, but is currently prevented by the Iranian dictators. He predicted that the tyrants of Tehran will not last long and that history will record their cruelty and cowardice.

The Israeli leader urged the Iranian people to be bold and brave, to dare to dream, take risks for freedom, and protest tyranny to build a better future for themselves and all Iranians. He accused the Iranian government of sending hundreds of billions of dollars to Hamas, Hezbollah, and the Houthis instead of funding hospitals, schools, and roads in Iran.

Netanyahu also criticized the Iranian government for denying Iranians the most basic human rights, such as the right to express themselves freely. He mentioned the existence of impressive Iranian dissidents who write and speak the truth but are published outside of Iran due to repression.

Regarding assistance from Israel, the provided search results do not contain any information indicating that Israel is offering help to resolve Iran's water crisis. Given the current political tensions and lack of diplomatic relations between the two countries, there is no publicly available evidence or reports of Israeli initiatives directly aimed at alleviating Iran's water shortage.

However, Netanyahu did not shy away from imagining a future Iran where water is plentiful, the economy recovers and thrives, and children are joyous and carefree again. Quoting Theodor Herzl's phrase, "If you will it, it is no dream," he envisioned Iranians water-skiing in the Karaj Dam, walking hand-in-hand in Farahzad, and having plentiful water for trees in Niavaran and Darband, similar to IRGC strongholds.

Netanyahu concluded by telling the Iranian people they deserve leaders who do not flee the country while the people suffer during a difficult war. He reiterated that Israel, the free world, and he personally stand with the Iranian people in their pursuit of a better future.
