Teaming up with his off-kilter pals Andy and Ollie, Blücher hatches a cunning plan to snatch the loot. The joy dwindles when they find the safe empty, but a key inside leads them to a tantalizing surprise within the warehouse: several million unaccounted for!

Werner Blücher, a career crook with an endless supply of cunning ideas, is lucky to have his lawyer spring him from prison once more. Despite the relentless efforts of his arch-nemesis, Commissioner Schmitz-Kesselhoff, and her bumbling sidekick Müller Zwo, Blücher refuses to stay down. Hot on the heels of a juicy tip from a fellow inmate, Blücher learns that entrepreneur Leo Kaiser has hidden a small fortune in the safe of his warehouse.

With clumsy Andy Walz and police officer's grandson Ollie Ambusch by his side, Blücher sets his sights on cracking the safe that very night. Their spirits drop when they find the safe vacant, but the key they recover fits the warehouse instead. A million-dollar surprise awaits the trio: Kaiser has been hoarding cash in mammoth tobacco sacks, money earmarked for destruction and clandestinely squirreled away.

As the sacks of money are whisked away and hidden, the real troubles begin. The ruthless Kaiser, as expected, doesn't call the cops - but he's not the type to just let a robbery slide. In an ironic twist, "The Blücher Gang" tells the story of three bumbling criminals who learn that the big score brings only trouble. Armin Rohde, Jörg Schüttauf, and Sebastian Bezzel portray the less-than-perfect gang in this tongue-in-cheek crime comedy by Udo Witte.
