Get ready, folks! Felix Lobrecht (36) and Tommi Schmitt (36), the dynamic duo behind the popular podcast "Mixed Hack," will be sticking around for the long haul. To commemorate their 300th episode, the lads have inked a new contract extension with Spotify, keeping the most successful German-language podcast running well into 2027.
Epic 40 Episodes and More!
With the ink dried on the new deal, some tantalizing changes are in store for fans: Instead of the previous 39 episodes per year, they'll now churn out a whopping 40 regular episodes and an additional 12 special episodes! Starting from 2026, "Hacktag" will ditch the summer break, becoming a year-round event.
Felix Lobrecht is nothing but thrilled about the contract extension. "Hack is my weekly sanity check, a release, a battleground for absurdity, a platform for ramblings, laughter, fan interaction, and most importantly, a weekly chat with my buddy," he elaborate in a press release.
