Union Berlin Bolsters Midfield with Loan Agreement for Jeong Woo-yeong

In an ambitious move to bolster their roster, Union Berlin has secured the services of South Korean midfielder Jeong Woo-yeong on loan from Bundesliga rivals VfB Stuttgart. The terms of the agreement remain undisclosed at the time of writing.

Union Berlin's First Team Manager, Horst Heldt, identified Jeong Woo-yeong's adaptability and skills as fundamental reasons for his acquisition. Since 2021, he has been a regular in the South Korean national team, scoring three goals in 21 appearances.
