In a series of investigations conducted by the Federal Police Inspectorate Ludwigsdorf and the Bundeskriminalamt, two individuals, a 16-year-old German from Niesky and a 20-year-old Estonian, were caught with illegal weapons in separate locations in Germany.

The investigations, which began due to violations of the Weapons Act, took place in the towns of Bad Muskau and Görlitz.

On Tuesday evening, the German teenager was found with an electric stun gun disguised as a flashlight in Bad Muskau. The Estonian individual, a passenger in an Estonian car, was caught with a prohibited switchblade during a highway control stop in Görlitz.

The press spokesperson for the Federal Police Inspectorate Ludwigsdorf, Michael Engler, confirmed the findings. For further information, you can contact Mr. Engler via email at [email protected], telephone at 0 35 81 - 3626-6110, or visit the website www.bundespolizei.de.

It is important to note that the Estonian individual did not have a backpack during the investigation and did not have any other charges related to the Weapons Act mentioned in this paragraph. The locations where the illegal weapons were found remained the same: Bad Muskau and Görlitz.

The ages of the individuals are different: the German is 16 years old, while the Estonian is 20 years old. The individuals are of different nationalities: German and Estonian.

The Federal Police conducted thorough investigations and surveillance measures against the two individuals before publicly releasing the results of the inquiry.

This incident serves as a reminder of the importance of adhering to the Weapons Act and the consequences that may arise from violating it. The authorities urge the public to report any suspicious activities related to weapons violations to the appropriate authorities.
