Ukrainians advocate for holding elections prior to conclusion of military conflict
In September 2025, the European Union Agency for Asylum (EUAA) commissioned a survey in Ukraine, conducted by Gradus Research Plus. The survey, which took place between September 2-14, used a mobile application questionnaire and was limited to citizens aged 18 and above residing in government-controlled territories.
The survey did not involve online or in-person interviews, instead opting for telephone interviews. It is worth noting that the survey did not extend beyond Ukraine's borders, and it did not include citizens under the age of 18.
The survey results are subject to a statistical error of 4.1%. Despite this, the findings provide valuable insights into the public opinion on various issues, including the 2024 election results.
The survey polled 1023 Ukrainian citizens, offering a significant sample size for analysis. The results of this survey will undoubtedly contribute to a better understanding of the Ukrainian public's sentiments and help inform future policy decisions.
