Ukrainian drone strike results in fatalities in Belgorod region
The Russo-Ukrainian War, now in its fourth year, continues to escalate with heightened tensions and ongoing military activities. Six houses were damaged in Belgorod, Russia, from a reported Ukrainian drone strike, but no further details have been confirmed. Governor Vyacheslav Gladkov announced the information about the drone strike on Telegram and published a video of a Russian interception drone defending against a Ukrainian drone.
The use of combat drones by Ukraine is a response to the ongoing Russian invasion and part of its defense strategy. Five people were injured in Belgorod, Russia, from the drone strike and taken to a hospital, while a civilian was reportedly killed in the incident.
