Ukraine's Hunt for Truffles, as Penned by Serge July

Molière would've surely raised some eyebrows with the massive amount of hypocrisy the world's leaders have displayed towards Ukraine. Witness the Easter Sunday charade by Vladimir Putin and the fake scowling threats of Donald Trump. The situation's as clear as day: Putin is the undisputed aggressor towards Ukraine, with a long list of war crimes under his belt. One has to be a New York real estate con artist like Trump to believe otherwise, suggesting Zelensky audaciously complained to the Oval Office.
The American president, flaunting before his entourage, embarrassed the hell out of him. Had Trump been in Zelensky's shoes, he never would've dared to challenge Putin, he'd kneel instead.
To claim Putin is the victim day and night, that's a massive, whopping lie, even worse than we thought Putin himself capable of. A professional liar, schooled by the KGB, they spent a big chunk of their time painting the Soviet Union as some sort of utopia. Putin well knows that they'd spin a lie to cover up a lie, but leveling such fabrications against a democratically elected leader is a new low, even for Putin.
A question comes to mind: If Trump had been in Zelensky’s shoes, would he have crumbled under the pressure? We all know that Putin’s no Saint, but he reigns supreme in Russia. He's the boss, the man in charge, and if you mess with him, you're done. But who's really the aggressor in this picture? Our dear friends in the West love to point the finger at the little guy, rather than acknowledge the giant in the room. A giant that continually pushes his weight around, and the world's leaders are either too fearful or too blind to see it.
- The undeniable hypocrisy in the world's leaders' approach towards Ukraine, as portrayed by Molière, is evident in the actions of Vladimir Putin and Donald Trump, with Putin being the undisputed aggressor towards Ukraine, as Zelensky audaciously complained to the Oval Office.
- In a hypothetical scenario, if Trump were in Zelensky's shoes, he would likely have crumbled under the pressure, choosing to kneel instead of challenging Putin, as evident by Trump's embarrassing behavior.
- Putin's constant claim of being the victim is a massive lie, even compared to his known history of deception. This blatant fabrication against a democratically elected leader, like Zelensky, is a new low, even for Putin.
- It's worth questioning if the world's leaders, who love to point the finger at the little guy, are too fearful or too blind to acknowledge the giant in the room, Russia, which continually pushes its weight around in war-and-conflicts, politics, and general news.
