Montreal's Bell Centre is set to roar this evening as UFC 315 takes center stage, marking the UFC's long-awaited return to Quebec's largest city in a decade. But this time, the event is shining a spotlight on hometown hero, Georges St-Pierre, a UFC Hall of Famer, as he lends his expertise to fellow Canadian, Aiemann Zahabi, during his featherweight bout with Jose Aldo.

GSP's Role

St-Pierre, a former champion in the 170-pound division, has expressed interest in wrapping the coveted champion gold belt around either Muhammad or Maddalena, depending on the outcome of their welterweight title bout. "If they want me to do it, I'll do it," the local legend assures, acknowledging that this Saturday, his primary focus will be on supporting Zahabi.

The Big Bout

Belal Muhammad and Jack Della Maddalena promise an exhilarating main event as they duke it out for the welterweight title. Muhammad, the reigning champion since overthrowing Leon Edwards, is clearly favored in the fight, but Della Maddalena, who boasts seven consecutive UFC victories, is expected to push the heavyweight champ to his breaking point.

Betting lines have Muhammad leading the pack, with 82.5% of bets and 66.3% of the handle on him to win the fight. St-Pierre's dream of wrapping the belt around the champion's waist may very well materialize come Saturday evening.

Co-main Event

The women's flyweight title fight between Valentina Shevchenko and Manon Fiorot isn't one to miss. The champion Shevchenko, a top-tier pound-for-pound fighter, faces a significant contender in Fiorot, an accomplished fighter with a formidable 12-fight winning streak under her belt.

With 16% of bets and 53% of the handle on her side, Fiorot is favored to claim the title from the odds-on favorite, Shevchenko. Nevertheless, Shevchenko remains the most bet-on method of victory for KO, points, or submission, accounting for 26.3% of bets and 24.7%, 26.3%, and 10.5% of the handle, respectively.

Prelims and Underdogs

Rounding out the main card is a women's flyweight bout between No. 1-ranked Alexa Grasso and No. 5 Natalia Silva, and a lightweight fight featuring No. 13 Benoit Saint Denis and Canadian wrestling phenom Kyle Prepolec.

The odds aren't in Prepolec's favor going up against Saint Denis, who is a heavy-hitting favorite at -1050, with an additional bet recommendation on the fight lasting under 1.5 rounds at -188 odds due to Saint Denis's finishing prowess.

Betting Lines

FanDuel users have shown interest in the Navajo Stirling's prop bet for a KO/TKO in either round 1, 2, or 3 in his light heavyweight bout with Ivan Erslan. Meanwhile, ESPN BET users tend to place their bets on Muhammad to win, with Manon Fiorot enjoying significant support as well. At BetMGM, Muhammad is favored at -192, with Maddalena holding steady at +160. Shevchenko, despite being the underdog at +110, has garnered a whopping 79% of the bets and 62% of the handle.

The main card kicks off at 10 p.m. EST, with prelims starting at 8 p.m. EST. Make your picks and let the games begin!
