U.S.A. Influence Unwarranted: Chamenei Argues Against USA's Input on Iran's Uranium Enrichment - U.S. influence over Iran's uranium enrichment process should be nullified, asserts Khamenei

Hey, here's the lowdown on the latest skinny between the USA and Iran over their nuclear brouhaha.

According to reports, the good ol' USA just sent another proposal for settling their nuclear spat with Tehran, but Ayatollah Ali Chamenei, Iran's Supreme Leader, ain't having it. He recently spit some fire during a commemoration event, claiming the USA's proposal is a 100% bust for the interests of Iran. Chamenei referred to the Islamic Revolution of 1979 and its slogan, "We can," stating that the USA's proposal defies it.

These discussions between Washington and Tehran begun anew in mid-April, after a hiatus. The initial five rounds of chatty-chat didn't produce any fruit. Uranium enrichment, a contentious topic, remains at the heart of this standoff. Sat, the USA popped a proposal to Tehran through Oman.

Sources say that this latest USA proposal permits restricted uranium enrichment at subpar levels. What's more, back in the day, Prez Donald Trump declared that the USA wouldn't tolerate a lick of uranium enrichment in any possible nuclear deal.

In response, Iranian Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi stated clearly on Tue that Iran won't accept a nuclear pact that squashes its right to uranium enrichment for civilian purposes. Araghchi affirmed, "The continuation of enrichment on Iranian soil is our red line."
