Two individuals endured severe injuries in a grim car collision on a major road close to Dieburg. The road was forced to close for approximately an hour due to the necessities of an investigation and rescue operations, as indicated by the authorities on Saturday. Right after joining the road, a 35-year-old driver moved from the right lane to the left. Confronting him was a 54-year-old driver. The 35-year-old and his 31-year-old passenger were taken to the hospital with severe injuries. Thankfully, the 54-year-old driver escaped unscathed. The estimated damage was around 20,000 euros.
