Two individuals specializing in artillery instruction received extensive training.

In the charming town of Bad Kötzting, a two-day intensive shotgun shooting training course concluded at the Bockenberg range. The course, organized by the Blaser Academy, was led by two skilled trainers, Philipp Schmid and Thomas Lohberger, who are shooting instructors for the BJV district group Bad Kötzting.

The course emphasized the fundamental importance of correct foot positioning as the basis for a precise shot at moving targets. This aspect was stressed repeatedly throughout the training, with the trainers emphasizing its significance for successful shots.

Before the practical sessions began, the participants attended a theoretical lesson covering the basics of shotgun shooting and modern training methods for hunting students. This laid the foundation for the hands-on sessions that followed.

The practical sessions were filled with intense shooting practice, where participants honed their skills under the watchful eyes of the trainers. They were encouraged to practice consistently, applying the techniques they had learned during the training.

Participants received feedback on their shooting techniques and performance throughout the course. The trainers from the Blaser Academy commended the instructors for their dedication and skill, while offering constructive feedback on areas needing improvement for precision and accuracy.

To simulate real-life hunting scenarios, the participants practiced shooting at moving targets. This challenging exercise tested their abilities and allowed them to apply the techniques they had learned in a dynamic setting.

The training course concluded with an evaluation of the participants' shooting skills, conducted under the supervision of the Blaser Academy trainers. Although the specifics of the closing activity remain unspecified, it is clear that the training provided valuable insights and practical experience for all involved.

The training course, supported by the trainers Hans Rieger and Franz Lang from the Akademie Blaser, proved to be a resounding success. The participants left the course with a renewed understanding of shotgun shooting and modern training methods, ready to apply their newly acquired skills in their future hunting endeavours.
