The shooting occurred around 9:30 p.m. in Donovan's apartment on 96th Avenue near Astoria Boulevard. This incident does not appear to be connected to the previous murder case involving Carl Muraco, a 25-year-old man from Queens, who is facing murder and weapons charges. Muraco was arrested on Sunday morning, and a judge ordered him held without bail at his arraignment in Queens Criminal Court.
